If you don't get the joke, I feel sorry for you.

Warning: Spoilers
It's not Trump Derangement Syndrome, it's not alt-left... it's satire. The idea that the Democratic Party would be planning impeachment so soon after Trump's election, the answer to the question 'Why should we impeach Trump?'... all satire folks. And if you think that bit about lying with conviction wasn't brilliant? Again, I feel nothing but sympathy.

A good look at political satire
zigktuqs29 April 2021
People are so offended that they aren't able to see the satire.

While this wasn't an episode I loved, it did a good job of getting a point across.

Day 450

Warning: Spoilers
This was certainly a polarizing episode.

This show has always had a political bias, but it was too much here. Even if they were purposely laying it on a bit thick, this was too much and I think even liberal viewers weren't impressed.

Margo Martindale was great in her return to this franchise, but let's leave the politics at the door and focus on the law.

Finally!

The writers of this episode have finally discovered what Trump and Joseph Goebbels (Hitler's propaganda minister) have known forever.

Tell a BIG HUGE lie, tell it often and tell with conviction - and it will become the truth.

And "Liz Reddick-Lawrence" got it right.

Trump - Day 450
earl-5285422 April 2018
I watch the Good Wife and Obama was not mentioned in every episode but the writers of this series can't make one episode without denigrating Donald Trump. That makes this a personal political agenda rather than a legal series. If it wasn't for this I would advertise during the show.

Eyebrow lifting for a British audience.
annieroob27 April 2018
Just silly all the foaming at the mouth rhetoric re: the politics. Is this what politics is like in the United States? Are the producers of this programme aiming it solely at an American audience? The first series was fantastic, I was so looking forward to the second one, but as the episodes were shown it was a bit uncomfortable this episode was the last straw, we found ourselves, checking updates on our phones. making a hot drink, etc. Will record it next week and watch sometime, but to be honest cannot stomach much more of this. I apologise if this series is aimed at Americans so the gist of it is lost overseas. You guys just crack on.

Deranged

Full blown Trump derangement syndrome takes complete hold. I suppose this is interesting to show how deluded some people can get. The Democratic party has lived on the delusion of impeaching Trump for far too long. It's sad to see supposedly intelligent people falling for all the nonsense, but it must have actually happened. It's such a pity that The Good Wife morphed into this. The actors are great but the lack of real story and the propaganda politics are hard to stomach.

The Good Woke

I am watching this show for the first time on Paramount+. I really liked the Good Wife, and was hoping this show would also be good. However, I can't believe the major left turn the writers have taken. Trump bashing at it's best. I only wonder if, down the road, the writers treat Sleepy Joe Biden the same way. This crap is making the show hard to watch.

This is a poor and boring episode
asupergav15 September 2020
I usually like lawyer shows. Watched all of L.A law and the superb 'The Practice'. But this programme sucks. This is a poor and boring episode littered with political bias which is the bane of modern tv shows. Anti-Trump sentiments and the inane pregnancy of a character make up the bulk of this episode. The second season started off with left wing bias and by this episode it becomes alt-left. I've had it it with this show and the rest of the series.

Pre-Impeachment hysteria
ejohnson86730 April 2020
This episode discusses, in detail, the arguments that the Left used to impeach.

They literally just launch lies at each other and say the truth doesn't matter. It would fun if it hadn't played out exactly like this.
