It's ok, was entertaining enough. "Political"/racial complaint reviews are false.
Honestly, I wasn't going to bother reviewing it, except noticed all the weird politically-motivated reviews complaining about things that just aren't there.
I don't know what b-hurt snowflake website somebody posted some sort of imaginary grievance on to get a bunch of people who obviously didn't really watch the series to come pan it with their politically-motivated BS. Yeah, I mean, the cast is definitely racially mixed, and in a few episodes the bad guy happens to be a man or be white (I guess they missed the episode where a black woman is killing innocent people for fun, or the episode where the villain was a possessed black person, or the episode where the main innocent victim was a white male and the main villain was female, etc. Or maybe it just wasn't convenient to their complaints to acknowledge those.) Look, there's no racial or political content here, at all, just a bunch of aggrieved basement dwellers in this review section fishing for reasons to complain, so they can continue to act aggrieved. I have no idea why these people don't have something better than this to do with their time. There's no political messages in this series at all, not even implicit or "hinted at" ones. None. Maybe these have a problem with the cast being pretty racially mixed, which is definitely true, but not relevant to any of the stories.
But, neither are there any great scares. Look, it's a TV show. But if you don't set your sights that high, a few episodes are ok, it's entertaining enough to spend an evening watching.
But mostly I wanted to comment because politically-motivated liars me off, and for some reason there's a whole bunch of them flooding this comment section. Jeez, guys, if you can't support your arguments without lying or twisting the facts, maybe you need to reconsider what you believe.
This isn't a great show by any means, but it doesn't deserve what trying to do to it here for some reason.
