- One enemy type has large breasts the size of medicine balls. Several female monsters are depicted partially nude, with strips of placed metal covering their nipples and groin areas. Additionally, some female hero outfits reveal large amounts of cleavage but also the underpart of the breast areas.

- Players attack monsters with swords, hammers, and rifles etc, many of which were human. Blood splatter effects occur frequently and enemies dissipate upon death. Some cutscenes show weapons coated in blood.

- Mild language is heard throughout the game, words such as "damn", "ass", "bastard", and "hell" being used the most.
