Frank does not end up getting back his job like he thought. His wife ends up apologizing for being unprofessional with a customer and asks to see the boss for the secretary position. The boss exclaims he likes her rack - meaning her chest - and she is hired. He can stare at that all day - a scene that shows how appearances could affect your chances.
