Unlicensed therapist Damon is down to his last "patient" who proves especially volatile. Plus a chance meeting with a homeless man and a not so pleasant family dinner make for quite the afternoon.
Damon finds life on the other side of divorce sucks. Crashing with his friend Teller, Damon notices a series of strange sudden occurrences. Most notably a mysterious entrepreneur Torvald, giving Teller his own record shop to operate.
It's been a month and Mia's moved on, leaving town for good. Damon and Teller smash broken records in the forest to blow off steam. However a small argument escalates, and Damon is visited by a wise past acquaintance.
Damon returns to Baton Rouge to get on with his life. Striving to set things straight, he makes a last ditch romantic effort with his patient Tori. Meanwhile we catch up with Dad, who can't escape a former patient.
Finally free, Dad is in for a surprise at the airport. Damon reluctantly meets the mysterious Torvald at Teller's shop. Despite their differences, Dad and Damon finally attempt some semblance of a therapeutic understanding.
