- The player can kill enemies by hitting them on the head with rocks thrown from a sling. Human enemies can kill the player by stabbing, shooting (with an arrow) or bludgeoning them. Rats can totally devour the player, as well as other human characters (such as enemies).
- Gory detail includes corpses in varying states of decay, primarily after they've been partially or almost completely devoured by swarms of rats.
