- At the beginning of the film a few heavily mutilated and deformed corpses are seen. A soldier who's been filmed lifts up a piece of skin from the leg of a corpse, and exposes muscle tissue (shown in graphic detail).
- A man attacks an soldier, the soldier stabs the man with a large wooden stake. Since the man survived getting stabbed, the soldier tries to kill him by using an grenade. He throws a grenade at the man, the grenade explodes and the man also survives this (his full body is mutilated because of the explosion).
- Lots of blood and gore.
