This episode of World Class Championship Wrestling has, unusually, no appearances by the Von Erichs at all. It opens with a squash match with "Gorgeous" Jimmy Garvin with his valet Sunshine beating a jobber named Mike Bond. Then Bill Mercer interviews "Gentleman" Chris Adams over tea. Next, Adams has a match with Paul "Butcher" Vachon. Then Jose Lothario faces Kamala with his manager Skandor Akbar and his valet Friday. Next is the main event with "Freebird" Buddy Roberts wrestling "Iceman" King Parsons. The show ends with Bill Mercer recapping what happened on the show and previewing the matches on next week's show. A fairly good episode.
