Bottle episodes are usually hit or miss. On Seinfeld they work. On Sunny, not always.
This episode was primarily set in Floyd's apartment and did not deliver. There were some funny moments, but a lot of the dialogue and behavior was nonsensical. This show seems to think the personalities alone produce laughs, when that is not the case. We need an actual story.
