Twenty eight mins long, and it begins looking as if nothing has changed or everything from earlier episodes has been forgotten. And with Bean being as selfish as ever. Are we really supposed to like this character?

But: some hope as all the jokes hit. Which is good. Some are quite funny. A handful are very funny.

Bean becomes an ambassador. Naturally messes up and then does manage to save the day. And there's a strong character moment as a result. It doesn't feel that overlong either, so what looked like being a 7 scrapes an 8. Because the joke rate hits high throughout.

Added to which, the animation is really very good indeed at times, with lots of nice background detail.

So I won't be giving up on this just yet. But of course certain subplots from earlier parts are totally forgotten once again. I hope this decides whether it wants to be serialised storytelling or not.
