Good Show - Who the People Are

I do t know if every couple has a famous person or not, but I'd like to know who the couples are beyond just first names. A few of them are familiar, but I'd like to know where I've seen them. To do that, I need to know their last names.

I just wanted to say I that I have love for all colors. Black Love is just refreshing for me to watch because I do celebrate black love. I am not in a relationship nor married but this still inspires me to want that.

I could feel myself get dumber with every passing minute of this playing after an Oprah rerun finished. I cannot scramble to change that channel fast enough once I hear the inane ramblings of painfully shallow and uninteresting people. I could not care less about your relationship that is not even likely to see another year.

I am really enjoying this show and I absolutely love watching Sally Richardson and her hubby talk about their relationship! This show is extremely relatable as well as very therapeutic when it comes to communicating and compromising in a relationship.

Very cute show and hopefully puts an end to some stigma. I think society isn't aware that the so called marriage statistics surrounding Black American women is because they do not sit through disrespect and a man disregarding his vows. Society will look at Asians or other communities as models of marriage but in these Asian, Arab communities, the women just endure their men visiting brothels and all sorts. Society is very skewed on what a successful marriage actually is, not just longevity but respect. Hopefully AA women are aware of this and do not let society label them

As I read through the negative comments I see more people commenting from a place of insecurity and hurt than really reviewing the show. With that being said, this is a beautiful series. It is produced solely by a husband and wife. No boom operators, no editors, no producers, It's all done my husband and wife. These are humans (some celebrities, others just everyday people) who are sharing their very human and relatable stories of being single, being in love, and married life. I love the series.

As a woman in her 40s with both parents and in-laws deceased, I often wished my husband and I could share stories about love, strength, and struggle. We are often the only couple still on a first marriage, if married at all. This series has been so encouraging and enjoyable to watch together!

Very inspirational and it comforts those couples who are going through a tough time. I know it has comforted me and reassured me that there are brighter days ahead and love truly does conquer all. I'm so happy that someone took the time to portray black people in a positive light rather than convincing our young boys and girls that life is all about cheating on your partner and having very little self-love and self-respect constantly being shown on mainstream TV. Yes, you know those TV shows... ahem, love n hip hop...

Having stories and perspectives on how other couples navigate their own relationships from the beginning to some of the most difficult times in their lives in such an honest and open way is amazing to see. These are all very human stories from very genuine and relatable couples that are a joy to watch.
It's great to get all of these different perspectives to help me understand all the ways it can be done. I personally connect more to some couples than others and it gives me a sense of what I want and some ways I could work toward getting it.
The fact that this is focused on African American couples is just a bonus! (Even white people can get tired of seeing ONLY white people on T.V. all of the time). It doesn't hurt that there are some VERY attractive people in it either. I can't get enough of this show!!!
