Fan-FREAKING-tastic! I love the show so much, and Halloween episodes always excite me. I went into this episode eager for some cracking jokes and some form of twist in regards to the winner. BUT BOY DID I GET MORE THAN I BARGAINED FOR!!! (Name of your sex tape lol). The end of the episode is absolute perfection and regardless to what other say I didn't see it coming. Love, love LOVE! <3

While this year's Halloween heist did lack a winner, it can also be argued that the winner was all of us, or Jake and Amy's love. Jake's proposal was beautiful, and his plan--which involved Amy thinking she had outsmarted him, which is just beautiful, he believes in her so much--was incredibly sweet. The proposal shifted the focused to just Jake and Amy a bit at the end, but it still felt like an ensemble episode, as the rest of the squad was prominently displayed throughout the rest of the episode. It was the most beautiful thing I've ever seen. 10/10, thank you

What I love about Brooklyn Nine-Nine is that they squeeze the content of a 40 min series into 20 minutes. This is why it's still interesting after 5 seasons. And they do this without falling into cynicism - they still keep it funny, entertaining and endearing.
In this episode, with all the hints that Jake can't surprise anymore, I expected a cool surprise in the end of the episode, but I didn't expect this! This was incredibly well arranged, cute, sweet, and beautiful.

This is my favorite episode thus far. I am loving season 5 with lots of laughs as usual. I enjoyed episode 2, especially the dialogue btwn cpt Holt and the security guard, hilarious. But this one is much better especially fact being that this episode's theme is repeated every season, I couldn't help but laugh through every minute. Great episode!!!! (and cap be like this b*tch, lol)

Highly rated simply for mawkish, emotional reasons due to the proposal. The episoide itself is just alright. Even as Halloween Heists go, there are better.

The heist episodes almost never disappoint and while this was not a memorable one (even with the whole proposal thing) it was still more enjoyable than the last couple of ones this season. It forces the pace of the show to be faster and for the actors to comedically adjust accordingly.
Terry Crews has not been the same for awhile though. The bit with GPS's and yogurt was good, but they need to find a way to improve that character.
