Brian has made his mind you that he doesn't want anything to do with a return to the job, Terry fails to convince him to reconsider.
It's definitely well acted, it also has some really nice, tense moments. There are a few surprises in the mix, and it's possibly the first time I've been aware of type one diabetes playing a part in a crime drama.
I do think that parts one and two could have been condensed down into a single episode, there were several times when it slowed down, and became a little repetitive.
It was interesting to see the switch in dynamic without Brian there, he seemed to be the one that was able to heard cats.
I'm pretty sure that lots of it has been changed, or dramatised, but it made for good telly.
7/10.
