- Some of the pranks have the characters pretending to engage in a sexual activity.
- Angry Grandpa is seen shirtless, in his underwear, or wearing a towel in many videos. No nudity is ever shown.
- Older episodes had Angry Grandpa and his ex-wife Tina humping underneath a blanket in bed (hinting they were having sex) or in the shower together, nothing is shown, all nudity was edited out.
- Crude remarks are made by several people
- Some scenes have blocked blurs on accidental shots of Michael's butt cleavage and Grandpa and Tina's genitals when filming. Everything was edited out before their release.
Violence & Gore

- Angry grandpa is often seen destroying his or his son's personal belongings. Angry grandpa also is shown to be pretty violent, especially to his son, Michael.
- In one episode. he attempts to smash a puppy in the head. But it backfires as a man and a woman remove the puppy from the house
- There are quite a few videos that involve fake blood pranks, however there are some rare videos that show blood or gore mainly because someone cut themselves by accident.
Profanity

- This show includes constant use of strong swear words, such as f***, s**t, di**, etc.
- In the older Trailwood episodes, Angry Grandpa would use even stronger profanities than usual like p***y, r****d, c**t etc.
- Angry Grandpa called Miley Cyrus a "f*****g c**t!" in one of the old Trailwood episodes.
- Angry Grandpa is often very vulgar
