A man is in the hospital. A nurse comes in to administer a sedative. The nurse injects the sedative into the IV bag. That's not how sedatives are normally administered as it would take way to long for the patient to receive it. The IV line goes through an IV pump. The man does not want the sedative so he pinches the IV line. The pump would immediately recognize that the line was blocked and would sound an alarm. Further, the nurse would notice that the fluid in the IV line was not dripping.
A man is in a hospital room. The door to the room is a standard hollow-core pedestrian door -- not wide enough to get a hospital bed in or out of the room, would not provide fire protection that is required for hospital doors.
