Focusing on Mina for an episode was a wise move, but they need to find a direction for the character. Just because she is entertaining doesn't mean they can do random things with her every week.
Are they already moving on from Conrad's father? We can only hope so, because another TV cliche (the absentee dad) is not what a medical drama in 2018 needs.
