There was inconsistent writing with Reed in today's episode. He forgave Mattie in the hallway of the courtroom, but then expressed anger with her back at home. I don't like the new direction they are headed with him. When he first returned Reed was not just a troubled kid, but someone misunderstood. Now, they are turning him into a generic, rebel teen.
