Frank '2-Bits' Tanner : [after Black Lightning has just taken down his men] Wait, wait, wait, wait! Hey, the streets are talkin', man. I heard what you did to Block.
Black Lightning : What'd you hear?
Frank '2-Bits' Tanner : I heard you lit his ass up.
Black Lightning : Good, that should save us some time. Tell me about Green Light.
Frank '2-Bits' Tanner : I know your MO. After I tell you what you wanna know, you just gonna knock me out and call the cops. That'd be my third strike. I get thirty years, man.
Black Lightning : Maybe you should have thought of that before you started dealing.
Frank '2-Bits' Tanner : You think I deserve thirty years?
Black Lightning : You deserve something.
Frank '2-Bits' Tanner : Okay, but thirty years? I mean, come on, man! They throwin' brothers in jail forever, like it ain't nothin'.
Black Lightning : Alright, I won't call the cops *if* you tell me what I need to know *and* you stop sellin' drugs. Now, I hear you dealin' again, I'm a-come find you.
Frank '2-Bits' Tanner : OK, deal. So, I leave the money in the drop spot. I go pick up the product at the warehouse on 389 Hart Avenue. Re-up is every Thursday at noon.
[Black Lightning starts to rear back his fist]
Frank '2-Bits' Tanner : Hey, real quick, before you knock me out, you think I can get a pic?
[Wraps his arm around Black Lightning and holds up his smartphone to take a selfie]
Frank '2-Bits' Tanner : And can you make sure you light up?
Black Lightning : What? No!
[knocks Two-Bits out]

Peter Gambi : How'd your talk with Two-Bits go?
Jefferson Pierce : [sighs] Not good.
Peter Gambi : This stuff is like crack and PCP got together and had a baby. You should keep an eye on that student of yours. The way this stuff attaches itself to your neural receptors, you take it once and you're hooked.
Jefferson Pierce : That's why the first taste is free.
Peter Gambi : Since Green Light hit, there have been thirty-six overdoses, six of them fatal. You'd think it'd be on the news.
Jefferson Pierce : Yeah, Black kids ODing has never been newsworthy.
Peter Gambi : I've hacked Freeland PD's computer systems. They're trying to get a no-knock warrant for your boy Two-Bits.
Jefferson Pierce : Yeah, that'll take too long. They move dope houses twice a month.
Peter Gambi : Ever since Black Lightning's come back, the 100 have gotten a lot more sophisticated. They're operating like terrorist cells. Each group only knows what it needs to know. Makes it harder to beat your way up the food chain.
Jefferson Pierce : Maybe Black Lightning should pay Two-Bits a visit.
-
Jefferson Pierce : I do need to know where you got those drugs.
Bernard : Come on, Mr. Pierce. I ain't no snitch.
Mr. Lewis : Yes, you are. Tell him.
-
Block : Come on, man!
Black Lightning : What'd you hear?
Block : 'Bout what? I told you I don't know nothin'!
Black Lightning : Where can I find him?
Block : I told you I don't know nothin' 'bout no Green Light!
Black Lightning : Yeah? Well, you better tell me somethin', 'cause I ain't in the best of moods, bruh.
Block : Snitches get -
[Black Lightning blasts Block into the side of his car]
Black Lightning : Snitches get what? Who do you work for?
Block : I ain't tellin' you nothin'!
Black Lightning : Aight. I can do this all night, so one way or the other, you gon' tell me somethin'.
Block : Okay! Okay, okay, okay! Two-Bits!
Black Lightning : Two-Bits?
Block : I know it sounds like a 70's slave name but that's what he go by.
Black Lightning : Where can I find him?
Block : Tanner's Taproom on Seventh.
Black Lightning : Alright. Say good night.
[knocks Block out]
