I did laugh at points in this episode, but the writing was all over the place. If they focused on the gender equality and pay equality bit, but involved all the characters, it would have been better. But Sofia's friend making Franco jealous was such a played out sitcom bit that's origin I can't trace, but even the first time it was done I can't imagine it was funny.
