Make up your own mind, a good look back at speedway from a great era in the sport.

I enjoyed it and have watched it multiple times. If you're into speedway or motor racing in general it's worth it.

Thoroughly enjoyed this documentary. As a Life long Speedway fan and growing up in the eras mentioned it was an epic nostalgia trip. Being a Mt Gambier girl I certainly appreciated the input of Bill and Sue Barrows and David and Ann Vears.

Congratulations on making such a great film.

A wonderful nostalgic look at 80's Speedway Family

This film starts out as a story of a young man trying to understand a passion that enveloped his father when the director was a child and helping his father reconnect with that passion, whilst also succumbing to that same passion

It was clear what was to be a personal story changed in the director's mind as he toured the Australian Speedway tracks, interviewed the racing families, all involved with racing , right down to the fans, the film's direction steers towards and explore a surprising family atmosphere that was Australian 80's Speedway.

There are also some very clever directorial and camera shots in the film that epitomized the era that was the 1980's in Australia.

I was lucky enough to watch this at a live screening with a full cinema audience - the audience laughed, cried and cheered in appreciation.

If you love Speedway, you will love this movie.
