This show is a reliable source of laughs, but this was a pretty mediocre episode. I am fine with Sweatpants becoming more and more of a key player on the show, but the idea of him consistently quitting jobs for ridiculous reasons over a 7 year period doesn't make a lot of sense. They need to give Arthur some actual material too. The last few episodes it seems like he's just there to make old person kind of humor and not much more than that.
