Two plots here. First of all we have Moira at her diva worst as she tries to put together an act for a fundraiser. She refuses to do her Patty Hearst performance because there is no machine gun available. But the ending is hilarious. The second concerns Roland barging in on Johnny, insisting that he should be hired to do jobs around the motel. Soon he is trying to run things and really do nothing. Chris Elliot is at his manic best.

Moira's Performance and Working

Moira's young photo is displayed for a poster. She is to do a performance of one of three iconic performances to rid asbestos in the town.
Teenage boys in the front of Rose Apothecary end up stealing skincare from the store. Alexis has experience and tells David and Patrick they should be back in an hour.
Roland goes to the motel and asks Johnny to give a guy he knows a job. Johnny goes to Roland's and finds out the mystery guy is Roland himself. Roland attempts to avoid doing the dirty work but has to accept it as he has a baby on the way and the couple is trying to save up.
The boys come back to try to steal again. Alexis has one of their wallets and holds it up. The boys compliment David and Alexis says they are lying. Alexis flips her hair in front of David and Patrick's faces and walks away.
David and Moira perform "The Number". A Christmas performance but it is the middle of summer.
