In 1601, Crowley opens a door and walks towards Aziraphale (with no Shakespeare to be seen). In the next shot, Crowley has disappeared, the door is shut, and Shakespeare is present. In the following shot, the door is left open again, and Crowley has completed his walk towards Aziraphale.
IRAAG: The scene changes are from different angles, shown by Crowley coming from behind Aziraphale and the scene change looking at Az's side.

In the bandstand scene none of the trees are in leaf. This is supposedly set in Britain in June when deciduous trees are all in leaf; the bandstand scene was likely filmed in South Africa where it was winter while the filming was taking place (as British locale filming is clearly in spring or summer & all trees are fully leafed out).
In 1862, Buckingham Palace is shown with its post-1913 facade.
In 539, when Crowley and Aziraphale are knights, they wear suits of armour. The suits of armour they wear, plate armour, do not match with armour of the time. Plate armour has been reliably traced to the beginning of the 15th century, 900 years after 539.
In 1793, Aziraphale is shown imprisoned in the Bastille. This prison fortress had been torn down in 1789, with its bricks sent to eastern France to build walls against the Austrian invasion.
