After having been in a wreck, Dick Turpin is in perfect shape.
The end credits are "in order of appearance," but Johnny Vegas (voice of Ron Ormerod) is listed too early. His voice doesn't appear until after the Horsemen.
The guard at the gate of the Air Force Base wears chevrons on his sleeve, indicating he is an enlisted non-commissioned officer. He also displays a gold bar on his collar ("butterbar"), indicating he is a commissioned officer. You can be one or the other, but not both. Rank insignia is no longer worn on the collar in any case.
Union Flag at the US Air Force base is upside down.
The military installation is labeled "U.S. Airforce Air Base." This is incorrect in several respects.
The USAF operates out of Royal Air Force bases in the UK, such as RAF Bentwaters and RAF Lakenheath. It does not operate bases which would be styled as USAF bases.
If they did, the proper styling is "United States Air Force," not "Airforce," and then the name of the base.

At 43:54, there is an individual wearing ACUs (Army Combat Uniforms) bearing the rank of what appears to be either MSgt or SMSgt (U.S. Air Force enlisted ranks). On very rare occasions, Air Force personnel were authorized to wear ACUs. However, the embroidered tag on the individual's left lapel indicates that he is in the U.S. Army.
When the Four Horsemen are pretending to be military officials, they appear in a black van. When they are rolling up the windows, after a brief conversation with a guard, the back window that Pollution is sitting next to, in the close up shot, appears white tinted. And in the wide shot it appears black tinted as per government issue. But it's actually black-tinted the whole time, it was just due to the sunlight reflecting on the door window.
When Aziraphale first appears to Crowley in the bar (after having been discorporated), he and the chalice behind him are reflected backwards in Crowley's glasses.
After Crowley lays out the infernal plan for the London superhighways in the early 1970s, Hastur asks "What's a computer?" The concept of an electronic computer was already well established in the popular lexicon at this time. Hastur is apparently not very well caught up in current events.
