Student photographers will like this

I found this very useful in helping new students of photography to understand some of of the most common terminology we used in film making. I highly recommend it.

is a good guide, ironicly his style is too ''clean'' for me

The video is really good at showing wes anderson style, and well, i liked two of his movies(the tenembaums and the dajeerling) but each day i found that i am more in the gritty, blurry, and maybe even fast-paced style of another directors. So even if i am the opposite of wes anderson style, i like that his style is so distinctive as the michael bay or tony scott style.to me wes anderson is the book-cartoon director, his palette is full of color and full of scenes where you look at the face of the actors, or the movements. Maybe because i never wanted to interfere with actors, or stunts, or because i have watched so many blurry car chases and action movies, i am not his biggest fan, but i respect his style.again, i am more a fan of movies than a critic.

So i am sure this director is the equivalent of michael bay or tony scott for me.

Reductionist pedantic gibberish

Look, I know Anderson's work follows certain patterns...but that's what a director or writer or any creator does! Yet the stolid debasement of his work acts as a derivative critique of one of the finest writers, directors, and visionaries of our day. Yeah sure we get sick of Wilsons and Huston and Brody and Murray...but turns out just among them are 3 oscars and 2 nods. So, check yourself.
