Good finale.
cruise0117 December 2019
4 out of 5 stars.

Nothing is what it seems when characters are separated into different journeys. Which i am really excited to see were it goes for the next season. There are some surprises. Jason Momoa has a brutal fight sequence. The ending leaves on a cliffhanger for another.

Overall, See i will rate 4 out of 5 stars. It has been a thrilling and exciting adventure that takes place in a apocalyptic world were people are blind and people with visions are considered witches. It started out great and thrilling it did have some uneven directions half way. But it continues to be strong with its direction. Script. And cast ensemble.

Good but with plot holes as usual
yasseryacine-012527 December 2019
Warning: Spoilers
Papa Foss couldn't get past the guards before but could reach his son and save him at the last minute, Gillamaril was able to use the pistol from the start but he didn't, Baba Foss is stabbed in the thigh and a bullet in his shoulder, but does not fail to wonder how much he has, generally the last episode is introduced to the second part so it is not so bad

Good way to end season 1 but..
bsamad-5008816 December 2019
Warning: Spoilers
I think the makers of this serie thought that blind community would be an interesting and promising idea for the serie but they lack the most important thing which is the story, i guess they came up with this idea but they didn't know what to do with it and how to build up a story, this is why i have a feeling they are trying so hard to make it complicated and creat some unexpected events hoping they will shock the audience but i think this has to make sense , so jerimilad (sorry about the spelling of his name) from the first episode he left his children and left books for them so when they grow up they will meet him and together they will change the world but after all these years and finally he met them he just ordered his son to be killed because he told him where are you taking my sister !! Man !!! he never saw you !! You are just a total stranger for him so it's normal he won't trust you specially after seeing his sister is taken away, normally you should try to get him gain your trust and at least explain why his sister is taken away but no !! Go kill him he doesn't deserve the gift of sight! This is absurd really !! The build up of jerimilad's character as a good person then at the final episode he is just turned to be bad ? This doesn't make sense, I hope in season 2 things will make more sense

This finale did what it needed too. Giving us enough answers to leave us satisfied while also opening up the world to new ones.

Could not have imagined a better, more satisfying ending to the first season, leaving us with enough questions to look forward to in the second season!

patrick_gutmann21 January 2020
I realy liked the first 6 episodes but then the amount of plot holes and unrealistic stuff gone crazy. the acting from baba and tamacti jun was the best part. i realy hope that the writers can step up the writing.

"Tell me more about your son"😂😂.
deepakdst8 December 2019
Warning: Spoilers
This finale episode was not much attractive as comparative to other episodes. There was no such big twist to that I was expecting. Whatever now they are all setup for second season but I liked the way Queen Kane asked Maghra "Tell me more about your son" and she is willing to make him her King. I mean really you wants your sister's son to marry you🤣🤣. Whatever I do not liked the finale even there is no strong upcoming from next season.

PLOT HOLES!!!!!
redreda246 December 2019
This show has potential to be great if it wasn't for all these damn plot holes, i just hate all the unrealistic stuff, that just are too many to get into. I still have some hope though because of the good performances and the great visuals and the idea of it all.

Story hinged on plot holes
ndcorm16 October 2022
Warning: Spoilers
The main plot points in this episode are completely implausible- quite a weak end for Season 1.

Tamacti Jun suddenly has trust for Boots, despite his skeptical nature, choosing him as the sole guard for a valuable prisoner over any of his loyal army. This leads to his downfall and the Queen's success. The Queen is an annoyance by this point in the show but they save her at the expense of one of the best characters.

Baba Voss is near superhuman, getting shot and stabbed, but walking it off just fine.

And Jerlamerel betrays his children right away! After they spend the whole season building to their reunion. When he has guns to defend them?

Too many stretches of logic in this episode.

Umm...Nope.
rajatchauragade6 December 2019
Warning: Spoilers
So Yeah I have been following this series for a while now. At beginning I found the concept quite interesting of a blind world with. Smell and sound as primary senses and threads as a communication device but.... I think the makers are still in the dilemma to potray vision as a boon or a curse.Nd they have crossed limits in the last episode. Throughout the season Jerameral "vision" for a better world is potrayed in good light and right at the end it is shown as curse. So the writers are signifying A WORLD without vision is a better place? I think the writers went out of ideas to who would be the wrong guy in the series as the sympathy grew towards Tamacty Jun(poor him) so they made a new anti hero, Jerameral. I m really fedup of this stupid world building often portrayed as creative but just hiding in the cliche mediocre storytelling. Acting wise, I liked Jason Momoa as Baba Voss, he truely made us feel secured about the show and often kept me watching the further episodes. I liked the acting of Maghra and Paris too. The game went wrong with the children who were so stereotypically different and lame that it made no sense. I also loved queen's role as a crazy woman hungry for power and ruling on his own psyche but I think her character needs more depth. So my final verdict for this show based upon the first season is that this show could easily be avoided for its poor writing and pathetic world forming. I would suggest writers to do a better research and be clear about the concept of "vision" for further seasons.

Assault rifle!??!?
altassar8 December 2019
Warning: Spoilers
When you can see and live in a land of blindness and have an assault rifle, there is no point of being chased as hell for seven episodes, dont you think!? This is one of the most idiotic series i ever watched!!!

Worst episode of the season
GrumpyOldSwede30 October 2021
Basically shuts the door on the story that people with sight and people without start building something together and moves toward just being about the main characters. So instead of world building it is more about their personal story which is unfortunate because that part of the series is dead boring.

Dud season finale
chunkylefunga15 December 2020
There have been ups and downs, mostly because the show at times makes being blind essentially a super power, when the reality is you're severely disabled.

Baba Voss is basically daredevil in this episode, which makes absolutely ZERO sense as there's not supposed to be super powers or the like in the show.

It's just some people that can see and that's the super power in the world of the blind.

Jerlamarel would have absolutely murderd Baba Voss. It would not have been close.

Ridiculous writing, not well thought out at all.

And what's with a 'teenage' girl clearly played by someone who looks like she's 30 :D

Idol worship

Warning: Spoilers
So now we get to see how a lone black guy is going around dropping kids everywhere he stops. Sounds like professional sports today. It leads us to believe the white queen is crazy and the black people are going to save the world. What a political sewer this is becoming.
