I'm assuming the auction audience is staged. It looks like no auction that I've ever been to. I suppose the items were actually in a real auction at one point and for purposes of editing, etc they bring in a "cast" of bidders. Other than that, the show is okay. I remember the British show called Cash in the Attic. This has the same feel. I started to tape the episodes, but got bored with most of them before the ending. Lara is good (I love her in FMF). Very relatable. I guess the fake bidders really bothered me for some reason. Sorta like House Hunters. Where the premise of finding a home has already been completed and we're just seeing a re-enactment,
