Meaningful dialogue from a woman of color. Sure, she's a ghost who eventually vanished into thin air, but it's progress. I actually enjoyed this episode all around. Definitely a bit more intense than the rest of the season has been from all the actors. The necromancer sounded a lot like pirate Johnny Depp, but that was great lol. Looking forward to what's next.

1x07 is an absolutely incredible episode that answers tons of questions and sets up what should be a phenomenal second half of Season 1! Hope went through an emotional ordeal with the Necromancer, but was able to finally find out what happened to Klaus after he died. Rafael had to come to terms with how he killed his girlfriend, as she was brought back like Jo and that made for some more emotional scenes. Kaleb finally got MG to feed on human blood, but it turns out MG could possibly be a ripper!! As if things couldn't get any crazier, this episode ends on a wild cliffhanger with Hope's bracelet going off, indicting Landon is in trouble. A mysterious figure is shown watching the knife reach Malivore, while holding a picture of Landon and his birth mother. Such a great way to end off Season 1A & I can't wait to see how the rest of the season plays out!
