The weakest episode to date and yet there is still a bunch of things I laughed at here. The ongoing bit of Rabbit explaining how he lost his eyebrow from the dog will never grow tired.

The chief is concerned about the rise in youth crime, again.
He is looking for young cops to infiltrate a male street gang, Rabbit volunteers but the chief tells him he is a little too old. It is a job for Wilbur but he needs tuition from the Elephant Man on cockney street slang.
Meanwhile Mabel gets the chance to go undercover with a female street gang who are robbing graves.
Rabbit gets to investigate somewhere with people more near his own age, deaths in an old people's home.
The series seems to have hit its silly stride and Mabel is now a police officer. I watched this with my son and he seems to have enjoyed it and was laughing regularly.
