The tactic that President Garrison suggests to Randy, DARVO (Deny, Attack, and Reverse Victim and Offender) is an actual behavioral tactic, where a person accused of wrongdoing attempts to shift blame away from themselves and instead places it onto the accuser while painting themselves as the real victim.
Whenever Alejandro misbehaves and gets angry, Robert says "Bien, gracias. ¿Y tú? ", which means "Fine thank you, and you?" in Spanish. Jeff also says this to a Mexican Shepherd boy in the ICE Detention Center.
This is NOT actually the season finale of South Park, despite the title of the episode. The "season finale" refers to the end of marijuana growing season.
