This is not the first documentary about the shocking murder of Jayna Murray, but it is a lot more detailed than the short offering from the "Snapped" documentary series which views it through the eyes of the killer.
Here we see it principally from the perspective of lead detective Dmitry Ruvin. We hear about the red herrings - the two restaurant workers on their way home clad in black who were thought to be the two imaginary killers. And the homeless man who was also a good suspect until the police realised this guy couldn't tie his own shoelaces much less carry out a sickening murder, double rape, and robbery.
Suddenly, it all fitted for Ruvin. Brittany Norwood is now serving life without parole. Unlike the aforementioned "Brittany Norwood" short, this offering contains no graphic reconstructions, but it is horrifying all the same.
