I myself also involve in homeless service (not in US). This documentary is all about the struggles and difficulties these advocates meet during their day-to-day life. A groundhog's day. But they're still being optimistic and keep going (for those who can't they'd just leave). Besides these advocates, it also showcase supportive housing is really crucial to homeless service. My institute is also seeking funds to start the very first supportive housing for homeless here. This documentary gave me a close look at what the supportive services are with flesh and blood, not just on the paper. I really appreciate this.

This does such a bad job of actually portraying the lives of homeless people or what needs to be done the only good part was the lady who worked at cloud 9 the main guys so annoying and just it focuses wah too much on him and how hard his job is
