Elvis Presley‘s Graceland home opened up for tours in 1982. The house remained unchanged from when the King of Rock and Roll resided in the Memphis estate from 1957 to 1977. However, per the family’s request, no tours of the private upstairs area were allowed. This mandate remained in effect as Lisa Marie Presley, Graceland’s owner, became an adult until her January 2023 death. Today, the home’s archivist reveals whether the secret upstairs area will ever be opened to the public.
Will fans ever be able to tour Graceland’s private upstairs areas?
In an interview with Express.co.uk, Vice President of Archives and Exhibits Angie Marchese revealed whether or not there will ever be an option to tour the private upstairs areas of Graceland. It’s a question fans would love answered.

Update: “Billy Joel: The 100th — Live at Madison Square Garden” has now reached 9.7 million viewers, accounting for a week of delayed viewing of the original CBS airing, streams on Paramount+ and same-day viewing of the April 19 encore on CBS.
Previously: “Billy Joel: The 100th — Live at Madison Square Garden” reached 5.7 million viewers on Sunday night.
Calculated from Nielsen’s measurement of linear viewers on CBS and live streaming via Paramount+, this makes the Joel concert the fourth-most-watched special of 2024, ranking only behind the Oscars (19.5 million viewers on ABC), the Grammys (16.9 million viewers on CBS) and the Golden Globes (9.4 million viewers on CBS). It outpaced shows like the Emmys, which Fox aired to 4.3 million viewers in January.
This tally also puts “The 100th” above several musical holiday specials that aired at the end of 2023, which are a consistent ratings-bringer for broadcast networks. 5.7 million viewers tuned in via CBS alone — excluding streaming...

Priscilla Presley is mired in a legal battle with a company that claims it has the exclusive right to exploit her name, image and likeness.
Priscilla Presley Partners (Ppp), a firm started by Brigitte Kruse and Kevin Fialko, claimed that it helped broker a deal for the A24 movie adaptation of Presley’s memoir — as well as a settlement of an estate dispute challenging the will of her late daughter, Lisa Marie — and has sued to enforce its rights.
The company alleges breach of contract against Presley — who allegedly was months away from bankruptcy before it started managing her business affairs — for reneging on their agreement to partner with Keya Morgan, Stan Lee’s former business manager charged with multiple counts related to elder abuse against the comic book legend.
A judge on Monday scheduled an evidentiary hearing to assess whether Presley can be sued in Florida state court.

Elvis Presley’s love for Christmas was legendary. From extravagant holiday gifts to over-the-top decorations, the King knew how to celebrate. So, it’s appropriate that the TV network that’s made Christmas a huge part of its brand has filmed not one but two different Christmas movies at Presley’s home of Graceland.
Hallmark Channel’s Christmas at Graceland and Christmas at Graceland: Home for the Holidays both offer viewers a peek inside Elvis’s iconic Memphis estate. One also features an appearance from Elvis’s former wife, Priscilla Presley.
‘Christmas at Graceland’ was shot on location and stars Kellie Pickler
Christmas at Graceland aired in 2018. It stars Kellie Pickler as Laurel, a Chicago-based executive who travels to Memphis to close a big deal. While in town, she bumps into an old flame named Clay (Wes Brown), a local music promoter. He reminds her of their days together as...

NBCUniversal has led the way in terms of holiday season programming. Beginning with record viewership of the annual Macy’s Parade and other ratings wins along the way, the company has boasted a total of 82 million viewers of its holiday programming across NBC and Peacock since Thanksgiving, according to the most current measurement available.
The Macy’s Thanksgiving Day Parade was the No. 1 program contributing to that total, as the event has remained the most-watched non-news and non-sports program on all of television since 2021. After debuting to 28.5 million viewers, it has since reached 40 million viewers.
NBCU’s next four most-watched holiday programs of the year are the NFL game between San Francisco and Seattle on Thanksgiving night (33 million viewers), “National Dog Show” (21 million viewers), “Christmas in Rockefeller Center” (12 million viewers) and “Christmas at the Opry” (8 million viewers).
