- Rebecca (Rachel Bloom) gets a call to help her old nemesis (guest star Rachel Grate) out of a complicated situation. Meanwhile, Nathaniel (Scott Michael Foster), Josh (Vincent Rodriguez III) and Greg (Skylar Astin) attempt to deal with their competing feelings for Rebecca.
- Upon Josh's declaration of love, Rebecca realizes that she has feelings for him, Nathaniel and Greg, which places her in a difficult mind space. Valencia has issued an ultimatum to Beth: propose now or she won't go back to New York with her. Beth provides an answer of sorts which leaves Valencia hanging. Heather realizes that being married to Hector is sometimes too frequently like living with a child who needs constant care. And although mostly happy with her new job at the law firm she has chosen, Paula feels the very expensive pressure to fit in. So when Rebecca receives a plea for help which would take her to Las Vegas to "rescue" her longtime arch enemy Audra Levine, Rebecca is easily able to convince the girl group to accompany her to escape their problems, while Rebecca has the added incentive of being able to rub in the fact of how happy she is to Audra despite the conundrum with the three men. In the process, Rebecca and Audra may come to a new understanding about their frenemy status, while Valencia, Heather and Paula may be able to see their problems with clearer eyes in having that distance. Meanwhile, Josh, Nathaniel and Greg all learn that they all not only have feelings for Rebecca - with some asking the others to "stand down" - but that she apparently has feelings for all three of them. The three will have to figure out a way to resolve at least their side of the romantic equation, especially as they are all friends of sorts.—Huggo
