Good start for the new season. Love to see Jasper again and that she is starting to become a center piece of the history , considering she was the only real antagonist in the series, maybe besides White Diamond, would be nice to see more of her and this episode guarantees it.

How to bring an introduction to 'the Future'
zaneyfoyle11 December 2019
Steven Universe, a franchise which is incredibly inconsistent yet loveable, is finally being sent off satisfyingly. Not only has Beach City improved immensely in terms of population and organisation, but it's also a safe space to become who you want to be. Through all the happiness and perfection that is 'the future', there's Steven, who despite wearing a smile, still has problems to solve. Deep down he does still feel angry. He's beginning to develop something dangerous, that may effect his wellbeing, and might lose power to this increasingly significant force. This is shown very cleverly and subtly throughout not only this episode, but throughout every episode we have gotten so far (especially the last one).
'Little Homeschool' is a patient, well paced episode which not only introduces us to the new life of Beach City, but the new traits Steven has retained. All to be explored throughout the rest of this incredibly satisfying epilogue.
