- A teenage boy is struck in the head with a metal wrench, blood is shown streaming from the wound and through his hair. He then falls down a flight of stairs and hits his head at the bottom, blood is shown seeping from his head.
- A teenage boy is tied to a tree and burned to death, he is shown screaming as he dies.
- A group of werewolves massacre several people. Blood is shown spraying from severed limbs and heads. At the end, a man's jaw is pulled off but this is mostly off-screen, although intense.
- The decapitated heads of two children are seen. They are then smashed repeatedly with a mallet, blood is shown spraying. This is very graphic and gory.
- A woman is pushed onto a table and hits her head off-screen. It is revealed that a statue is now stuck in her skull, blood is shown in her hair. It is pulled out and blood is shown leaking out of the wound.
- A woman is decapitated off-screen by an elevator, her severed head is seen.
