• Nathan Xia : I grew up with a quote by Walt Disney that said: "if you can dream it, you can do it." What an inspirational thing to say. It's a beautiful quote, however, it's incomplete.

• Nathan Xia : Failed. Maybe this path wasn't meant for me and there is something else out there that I would be much more successful at. I could choose to take a different path and call it quits on this journey. I gave it my best shot and in the end, it just didn't work out. Or I could accept my failure and continue moving forward with it. It is possible that I could pour my heart and soul into another five years and fail again. But I would still be following my dream.

• Nathan Xia : There really isn't any tangible recipe for success. All you can do is try and fail until you do something right. I'm going to fail and I will suffer. I will fall and I will stumble. I will cry and I will bleed. But I know that in the end, it will all be worth it because, in order to grow, you must endure pain.
