Fuca secretly helps Wei through Hailancha giving stuff to Mingyu. Fuca duels with Hailancha and the king coincidentally appears. He requests to go at it with Fuca. Fuca brings up Wei Yingluo and how they would have been married, angering the king. Fuca mentions a previous widow the king took as a concubine. She previously married and the king had no issues with that, why cannot he do the same for Wei? The king eventually lets him walk away. This continues the king's coldness and distance from Wei. Wei does not beg for his Majesty to come at the palace at all. Consort Chun assigns for Wei to embroider for Majesty Dowager. She then tells her Majesty it was done by a group of embroiderers. Wei smartly used her own hair and a drop of blood to leave her signature. The king's personal eunuch asks a guard to beg Wei to come attend to the king as he has a temper now. Wei comes dressed as a guard. She is so smart as she mocks the king for ignoring her and still being jealous of Fuca and her. The king pulls her into his lap.
