Consort Shun is shown dancing and us beautiful. Consort Shun plants evil seeds everywhere she goes. She fights with Wei for the golden scissors as she claims she will harm herself but Wei knows she would be blamed. Shun stabs herself slightly from the tug and Wei is locked in her palace. Her former brother wants her to beg for forgiveness. Her former loyal male servant has sided with the enemy, serving her only water. When she refuses to beg for forgiveness the chamberlain orders for not even the cup of water to be served.
