Nice to see Paul Rudd in different role. His clone style reminds me Clueless:) Episode is quite good for the beginning. Just like comedy movie.

The Best You Can Be

Warning: Spoilers
I was intrigued by the concept even though we have seen quite a few shows recently that have had one actor in multiple roles.

The comedy is not there though. Outside of a noteworthy cameo, there weren't many laughs here. If this is going to be a comedy it needs to be funnier.

My brain hurts... in a good way?

I don't even know, man. My brain went completely numb. It's a simple premise and it's engaging enough for a show about Rudd and a clone. Go watch it or something.

So far so good.

The pilot struck a perfect balance of drama and comedy and set the tone for the show.

I was kept in suspense throughout the episode even if I knew what to expect, since I saw the trailer. What's more, the comedy did not feel forced or overused and created a nice balance.

You can really appreciate the acting skills of Paul Rudd as well. He is really good and makes his character believable. Also it must have been quite difficult to shoot.

I like the idea, I like the acting, I like the cinematography, I like the music. People might think that this kind of idea is washed-up but I disagree. The pilot made me excited so it's done its job.

After one episode,

The only thing I'm sure of is I'll watch another episode. And oh yeah, I HATE THE MUSIC! Endlessly repetitive stress inducing loud music!

2 out of 5 stars.

Paul Rudd is a charming fun actor. The episode following his character who is living a slow boring life. His friend recommends him to a spa treatment which he wakes up buried. He escapes and rushes home to see a clone version of himself. Who is his better self. The episode is slow, boring, and kind of dull. Only best thing about it is Paul Rudds performance.
