Engaging and charming. It's nice to watch intelligent people on tv finding wonder in science and road trips.
A lot better than 99% of the tv on at the moment.
Well done. There better be another series!

A valiant attempt, but it doesn't quite come together.
Perhaps if they'd spent more time choosing the locations to visit and had dropped the Little Britain (Tom Baker) style narration by Simon Callow, it might just have worked. (At least they didn't show them in bed together in homage to Eric Morecambe and Ernie Wise.) But I didn't warm to Eric Monkman and found the whole thing more irritating than entertaining.
Loved them both on University Challenge, but this was a step too far. (Gave up on this at 28.2% into the second episode.)

I found this very watchable, interesting and informative.
A road trip with a difference.
I really hope the BBC will give the lads another series.
