Raising Dion Season 1 Episode 3

Review : I would like to say a few words while reviewing this episode. The beginning of this episode is a bit slow and not very good. But the last part or the scene is interesting enough.Overall, if I talk about the whole episode, then the episode is pretty good.

Acting : Everyone has performed well enough, especially the child artist.

Direction : The director has done a good job in this episode.

Story : The writers write the story early in this episode in a slow enough way, but the end is full of twists. In a nutshell, the writers have done a great job in this regard.

Dialogue : Good enough.

Background Score : Pretty fine.

Soundtrack : No sound has been used in that way in this episode.

Vfx : Very good.

Cinematography : Good enough.

Editing : Good.

Lighting : Fairly Good.

Overall Episode : Judging by all, I gave this episode eight stars out of ten.

[7.1] What to do, what not to do

Warning: Spoilers
Episode 3: The nice flow continuing (in) tongue in cheek, semi-serious and serious modes. More is revealed; a little slow-down in pace while Dion is being taught by his "mentor" and try to figure out what to do and most importantly what not to do.

Excellent in every way

Incredible acting, incredibly balanced between sci-fi and "normal life" and yes all the way, for talking about racism.

The scene with Nicole and Dion talking about what happened at school was powerful, raw and moving. I've never been to the US, but what happens there (and in other countries) is unbelievable - I will never understand people who either treat others differently or who pretend racism and the hurt it brings to people don't exist. I just started watching the series and for this scene, it has won me over. Also, little Ja'Siah and Wainwright have such a great chemistry, it's a joy to watch every scene with these two. Well done!!

Good episode if you skip the "a difficult but necessary conversation with her son" drama. I guess all tv series must have some sort of social justice theme to show they are woke.
