Season 15, episode 149. Upper mayor Torben informs Ben that the sports hall has to stay closed because of a budget shortage this year. Britta and Ben find a charity association prepared to pay to roof renovation. Torben makes them clear that the 20,000 euro the association offers is peanuts. He hints them to find a sponsor. Gregor wants the LKM to be the sponsor and proudly tells Torben about this idea. The Pasch-family fails in trying to stop Eva who turns her back on them and the firm. Johann appears to possess 11% LKM-shares. Eva hands over her resigning paper to LKM-director Gregor. He asks her but she rather gives her LKM-shares (16%) to Johann. Gregor plans to compete against him and hopes that the LKM-sponsorship will do the trick to get the municipal shares. A test run for Eliane; Carla tastes her cocktails but the Manhattan is not a success. Merle convinces Carla to give Eliane a second chance.
