Baffled by the lack of reviews

Warning: Spoilers
So I rewatched this last night and felt compelled to leave a review. I'm still crying so please excuse any errors you may see.

Whilst there's mini storylines going on in this episode, it's a mostly a build up to Benny Severides funeral. If you get through the last 2 minutes without sobbing, then quite frankly you're not human.

I was worried that he wouldn't get the send off we hoped with the end of the episode drawing in so fast, but the writers did not disappoint.

From the very first honk of a truck horn, I was in pieces. Just beautiful, and a very fitting last call for the legend that was Benny.

Perfection from start to finish

This episode is perfection from start to finish. I love Treat Williams & the character of Benjamin Severide. I am so glad that Benny got the send off he earned and deserved.

Seeing Kelly trying to come to grips with the death of his dad was heartbreaking & Taylor Kinney portrayed Kelly's emotions perfectly. As someone who has had a rocky relationship with both of my parents; Kelly's struggles resonated deeply with me.

The men and women at Firehouse 51 truly are a family & seeing them rally around Kelly is heartwarming.

Not many television episodes bring tears, but this episode certainly did. Kudos to everyone involved in this episode.
