Just finished watching episode 5 & all I can say is perfect! The other 4 were ok but damn please keep this momentum going !!

Airplane Crash

Imagine that that airplane crashing noise a kid makes while swooping their hand into the coffee table. That is how I describe the direction of this episode. It would seem that the writers have abandoned the basics of the show. While it's understandable that, when teenagers are involved, they have to be written in certain clichéd ways to be acceptable, but this was just bad.

While I've really enjoyed the series over the first 4 episodes, this one just crashed it down. Rather than focusing on the tribal element, they instead turned it into a teenage melodrama, and destroyed the intimidation behind Turbo's character.
Having Josh dancing with a mop was just dumb. Having the jocks so easily set up...dumb. Turning the story of Turbo into a jealous love drama...dumb.
