NIGHTWING IS COMING!!!
markq-756549 November 2019
Warning: Spoilers
This episode was decent, seeing Dick go to prison and wanting to be treated like every other criminal is good to see. It really shows how guilty he feels for Jericho's death. The people in the prison talk about a legend of a bird that goes to save them. It's called Alazul which in translation is wing blue. And the guy on the prison carver the logo of the bird which remembers Nightwing. This whole episode set up Nightwing nicely. Dick not wanting to help anyone but then realizing to help cause it's right is amazing.

My favorite parts of the episode were Gar and Superboy. Their chemistry is great, it also shows that Gar still wants to help out Conner. Then Cadmus coming to get Connor we knew was coming. But she manipulated Connor into coming. And now Cadmus is going to bring the titans back together. It's interesting, she wants Gar to help them so she will bring the team together. I'm really excited and intrigued on what will happen sort this story.

Then we had Rachel who left Donna last episode, she met up with some girl and beat up some guy who abused her. But part of Rachel's magic power went up into a gargoyle and brought it to life and the gargoyle to kill the abusive guy. So I guess there are still mysteries to her powers.

All in all this episode, was good, liked the more build up to Nightwing and what Cadmus has planned.

Now this is nonsense!
deepakdst11 November 2019
Truly speaking I am missing the last year's Titans, that season was fully of mysteries and pure connections. This season is missing it's rhythm. Though sone episodes are really good but all episodes are not able to follow the same path. The main villian as teased was Deathstroke but he is not appearing a lot even the connections between characters are changing regularly like Rachel left Gar and Gar joined Superboy but left him when was in trouble. So this is making it complicated. Obviously DC is know for it's mysteries, so the main highlight should be the surprises but this one lack them and I am really upset with it.

50/50 feeling of this episode

Warning: Spoilers
At times interesting to watch, Conner & Gar have a chemistry, but i think we don't need a line of Dick in prison or Rachel with this kids. I want more Deathstroke vs Titans conflict, not these controversial plot decisions.

Don't knock it til you try it

So, I was initially put off by the description of this episode and dreaded it's coming but watching it: it was entirely better than expected. This episode feels like the beginning of Dick, Donna, Rachel, and Gar rebound into heroes. It's a well done episode, better than Gorenburg's first written episode of the season. I'd put it up there with Sams's episode (2.05).

START OF NIGHTWING AND BEAST BOY
viraaj-8344211 November 2019
Warning: Spoilers
This episode was better then the last one, sadly not by a lot. The Raven storyline finally displays its best but that's not that good also being the worst part of this episode. What's happening with Raven? Well we don't know. Another thing that bothered me is how Jason, rose, hank and dawn being absent this episode as their storylines weren't digested enough. But the rest was definitely interesting. The prison storyline with Dick begins and it's great. The whole set up for NIGHTWING is fabulous! Gar and Connor had amazing moments too . But they did get captured by Mercy Graves who wants to put Gars powers to full!

No political agenda please
hhound-6180925 November 2019
I loving this series so far but i stop watching many CW shows because bad writting, bad acting and wokeness and political agenda made it umbearable i will not even bother watching Batwoman and about this episode of Titans is a good one but i hope that this is not the star of a possible political agenda bashing!

Huh?
themerkaa9 November 2019
Warning: Spoilers
What just happened? So, Dick is attested, arraigned, had a trial, pleaded guilty, sentenced to 7 years in the span of what a week? Maybe. No Titan notices. Bruce Wayne said F him don't care. Even though they just discussed him reopening Titans Tower a few episodes back. This show was building up to awesomeness. Then they just disbanded. This show has taken an incredibly stupid turn. It gets a 3 cause the action scenes & Mercy Graves are still well done & interesting.

The only good thing in the department was the events in prison.
eberkerbatur22 November 2019
I like all the parts of the episode in prison, the rest of it squeezed me again I think it would be nice if there was only a series about dick grayson or 4 up to 5 titan with or without too much titan the more I think, the worse it's become. The series has become very different from the first season and I think that was not good

Frustrating Episode
rodgwinn23 October 2021
Warning: Spoilers
I dislike the whole wallowing in self pity. If Dick would have just atoned and moved on maybe he could have at least talked down the other members. Abandoning them with no explanation is not helpful.

Prison tropes are worse than superhero tropes
grinningelvis7 August 2021
A laughably bad, illogical episode that feels like it goes on for 8 hours. This is some seriously bad writing that foreshadows just how low this series can go. I had forgotten that Akiva Goldsman was attached to this because so few sharks had been jumped. This was a cruel reminder.

Who writes this crap?
osbo4515 December 2020
This episode had some of the worst writing of any series I've ever seen. I've been enjoying the show for the most part but this episode was so ridiculous I'm considering dropping it all together. I rolled my eyes in disgust and annoyance at least 10 times throughout.

Not true to the charactors
dkknudson228 February 2021
This season just keeps getting dumber & dumber. What is DC's obsession with putting it's heroes in prison on TV?

Ridiculous character changes and unnecessary wokeness
jtags-840599 November 2019
Warning: Spoilers
I hope this is just a one off and not the direction this is heading as this has been an excellent series so far. I can understand there being a dark side to the Titans but straight out helping ex Cartel Members escape prison? Murdering innocent civilians? This isn't them defending themselves or fighting a greater danger with these being collateral damage decisions. This is actively deciding to commit crimes and usurp authority. Maybe this is part of the 'woke' direction of going against 'authority' in the form of anti immigration narratives, not to mention the obvious 'diverse' gender scenes that have no relevance other than to virtue signal. In the midst of all that rubbish they did manage to progress the story which is why it gets a two and not a one.

Tired Retread Spoils a Good Show
brandondugrey28 July 2020
Warning: Spoilers
We've seen it all before. Good guy goes to jail. This time, he deliberately gets himself locked up, but the results are the same as every other movie or TV show that has used this tired old plot.

Oh yeah, they also have a laughable and oft-told subplot where the hero's secret hideout gets breached and trashed by the bad guys.

Complete snooze-fest. Hope they get past this crap and back to the decent show it was before the writers started recycling bad material that's been done to death.
