Sex & Nudity

- A character references breasts (Saying the words bosom and titty) But is played for a comedic effect and not sexual
- In the Snowgrave route, Spamton calls Noelle a "Hochi mama", but is also used in a mostly comedic manner.
- Susie jokingly asks if Kris and Ralsei were gonna kiss but nothing ever goes through aside from Ralsei saying how it's ok for them (Kris) to express their feelings.
- The queen wears an outfit that exposes her legs but it's nothing too explicit as the game is entirely pixel graphics.
- At the beginning of Chapter 2, Susie may mention "touching brooms". This is never mentioned again as it is just a cover-up story.
Violence & Gore

- You can choose to fight or befriend the enemies you run into, however if you fight then the enemies will flee, unlike in Undertale where enemies dissolve and die.
- Enemies attack using fantasy magic: card symbols, stars, shapes. When the player is hit a quick animation will play and the player will lose some HP: if a character's HP is depleted, they look weak and kneel down. Ralsei seems to disappear into his hat.
- If the player is defeated, their soul (as represented by symbolic heart) shatters into two. This is not graphic, and a Game Over message appears, accompanied by slightly unnerving sounds.
Profanity

- A main character uses mild profanities often.
- Piss, ass, damn, and hell are used.
- In one scene, the word "fuck" is implied when a character says "I don't think I'm allowed to say this one," however it is censored out as "$!$?"
- There is one stronger crude comment with the dialogue "This machine sucks ass."
- Dumbass is said infrequently
- One character says "God Dammit!"
- At the end of the boat ride segment of Chapter 2, Kris and Ralsei approach a ride photo camera and the player is given four options on how to pose. If the "Rude gesture" option is selected, Kris will turn their back towards the player to pose. Since their back is turned, nothing is shown, and the photo taken is never shown regardless of what option you chose.

- A character is seen drinking a beverage implied to be alcohol.
- Interacting with Father Alvin, you can ask about the "fruit juice" (Most likely wine, as is used in churches). Father Alvin notes that Kris used to come to service just for the "fruit juice"

- Sans tell the main character that "he befriended their mother last night".
Violence & Gore
- At the end of the game a main character is seen putting their hand inside their chest cavity and pulling out their soul, this scene is moderately gory and could be frightening for younger children.
- At the end of Chapter 1 the main character jumps out of bed unconscious. They appear to be possessed. They reach into their chest and throw their soul (in the shape of a heart) into a birdcage. This is accompanied by mild gore and scary-looking teeth but it disappears in seconds. The character then grabs a knife and their eyes glow red. We are not shown this, but it's heavily implied Kris creates dark fountain in the computer lab but eats an entire pie as a cover up, which their mother is comedically disappointed by.
- Susie threatens to bite Kris's face off, but this is only dialogue and nothing happens. Younger viewers may find this disturbing.
- There is a route in chapter 2 devoted to manipulating one of your friends and making them kill everything they come across.
- Only one ending truly contains violence. The Weird Route (AKA the Snowgrave Route) contains freezing of enemies, which is the only way to truly kill someone. One of the characters, Berdly, gets frozen and in the light world if you interact with his body the text reads "He doesn't seem to be awake." It is highly implied that he is dead.
Frightening & Intense Scenes
- At the beginning of the game, Susie smashes Kris into a locker due to them not responding when she asks them a question.
- While you have to look for it, Chapter 2 gives the player the option to manipulate a character into killing others by way of freezing. This usually happens to 'enemy' monsters but it does happen to one background NPC, a boss NPC and a main character. The character being manipulated whispers to themselves throughout this in order to try and rationalize it all.
- The entirety of the Snowgrave Route is frightening and intense, leading many to classify this game as psychological horror. Freezing (killing) enemies and Berdly really frightens Noelle. This leads to a confrontation in front of the hospital where Noelle seems genuinely scared.
