I knew nothing about Aretha Franklin, so I was looking forward to learning about the Queen of Soul. What I learned was she had a jerk of a dad, a jerk of a husband, a jerk of a sister, and...that she wasn't nice, kind, or likable in any way. I'm pretty disappointed in her.
