I'll never understand this kids thought process. I mean his father could've killed him by setting that fire and he admitted to committing arson and insurance fraud in front of a bunch of cops AND his son. I mean did the kid want the courts to be like "oh yeah he admits he's guilty but he's a nice guy so we just won't charge him"? FYI kid that's not how the law works! He was all mad at the lawyer and insurance guy and it's like wtf could they have done? Your dad admitted his guilt and you don't get insurance money from fraud. This kid Freddie is tarnishing his father's already tarnished reputation by making it seem like his father raised him to be a killer. Yeah kid I'm sure your dad is up in heaven so proud of you. At least his dad was trying to save his family, this kid just wants "revenge".

The serial bomber story development was so lame. First, it was predictable. Figured it out pretty much at the onset. Second, his conflict origin doesn't make sense. His father openly admitted to doing a crime that could've killed him and he's mad at everyone else. Even his mother's playing the victim. So stupid of a story arc for a season finale. 👎🏻 I was really liking this show for its straightforward but still engaging plots and I hope it doesn't fall into that Ryan Murphy trap where dramas are just lazily created for the sake of it. Still hopeful that this episode is just an unfortunate fluke and it will pick up again in the upcoming season/s.

The parcel bomb killer's identity was predictable. The part where everyone helped, was corny and unrealistic. Jennifer Love Hewitt thinking she was in another episode of Ghost Whisperer, was irritating. And the coda was so much cheese, it almost gave me a stomachache. The part with the stupid influencer was funny, but the little edge it had, was ruined by all the forced good feelings afterwards...
