- A certain type of mutant inhabiting the island is a fully nude female, several feet tall with several claw-like feet as well. Her distorted face appears hooded but her bare breasts and numerous genitalia are fully exposed, nipples and hairless vulva clearly visible.
Violence & Gore
- In order to get stronger armor you have to kill natives to the island and burn their bodies in a campfire so that you can get their bones.
Frightening & Intense Scenes
- This game is a very intense and frightening game with a very dark concept.
- The end boss is a little girl which then turns in to a horrifying mutant, this scene can be very disturbing to some people.
